Who Leaked About Tomi Lahren's Butt Pads? Update: Lawsuit with Beck Settled

Update: Legal Insurrection: Lawsuit with Glenn Beck settled

We have to get to the bottom of who leaked this story!

She is thin, so it is believable about the butt pads. There is a wide selection of butt pads on Amazon.

Instapundit: It has come to this (maybe a Pulitzer next year) and Hillary still looking for the leaker

Pro Tip: If Tomi does use butt pads, she should warm her own.

Glenn Beck: Christmas Holiday Emotional Trump Derangement Syndrome Asshat of the Day

AoSHQ and Hot Air sum up Beck's problem well.

I generally like Glenn Beck--even if he is an emotional train wreck a lot of the time. Glenn means well. He is a patriot.

While I often disagree with Beck, he is not a mendoucheous #NeverTrump thug like Neil Stevens, a hyperbolic #NeverTrumper like Evan McMullin, a lying rat bastard like Kurt Echinwald, an intellectually crippled man-child like Matt Yglesias, a hypocritical smug tool like Julia Ioffe or Suzanne Malveaux, a partisan fanatic like Paul Krugman, or a completely delusional  batshitcrazy loon like Keith Olbermann

Glenn is more like the annoying emotional #NeverTrump relative who you care about, but you can only take in limited amounts. Still, for this Samantha Bee alliance nonsense, Glenn gets Asshat of the Day.

I was ecstatic over the result of the election, mainly because I am #NeverHillary.  The thought that Hillary Clinton will never be President of the United States gives me a tingly Christmas Glow of good cheer and optimism. It is like having a mug of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon cocoa with a  big heaping double shot of Irish whiskey and whip cream. It is just delicious. Especially when I sit around with friends over a mug and discuss the dismantling and end of Obamacare.

Sorry Glenn, you can't have my special cocoa. You can have a sugar plum.

I am taking a wait and see approach with President Elect Trump. I went in with low expectations. So far I have been mostly pleasantly surprised and I am increasingly hopeful his administration might actually get some things done and roll back the disaster that has been the Obama Administration.

The Gorilla Question: Donald Trump Answers Questions Harambe the Gorilla and Hillary Aide Dodges Questions About Her Boss

Of course, Hillary Clinton's assistant Cheryl Mills (through her attorney) refused to answer questions about Hillary Clinton's emails. You would think that such a story involving the Democrat Party presumptive nominee would get more media attention in a Presidential Election year than a tragic zoo incident, but you would be wrong. Still, #CrookedHillary is not going away.

If Clinton was a Republican, she would have been long indicted and probably convicted by now. That is how strong this case against her is. But the question is can even the Clintons with the media backing her keep dodging this issue?  Especially with her allies being investigated too

So of course I can't avoid gorilla metaphors and analogies:

Or does that old pin up depict Donald Trump and America?

I like David French a lot (he is a patriot, hero and scholar), while I would much prefer voting for David French over someone like Gary Johnson, I am not sure the advantage to conservatives to run a spoiler candidate (to help election Hillary Clinton) when French has little chance of winning. While I am not inclined to vote for Trump, I would rather he win over Hillary. I do consider Hillary Clinton worse, which makes me #NeverHillary. But I would love it if a candidate like David French could become a contender.

Instapundit: Just in case you missed it about Hillary and her emails and is a Torricelli Solution in the works? (the Democrats are not going to let Hillary Clinton shenanigans endanger their next four years--they are the party of choice and they will use it).

Were the Brothers Tsarnaev double agents who went rogue and turned on their handlers?

This is coming from Debka.  Is this what Glenn Beck was alluding to?  I will leave it at that for now because that is all I have.  Draw your own conclusions.

Did Dzhokhar Tsarnaev kill his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev?

Update:
FBI now hunting 12 man sleeper cell in connection with the Brothers Tsarnaev?  More from Instapundit. More from Breitbart.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev thrown out of his mosque for rage fueled rant against Dr. Martin Luther King Jr?
The younger brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was totally calm and normal acting after the bombing on Monday.
Could you imagine the outrage of the media if the FBI dropped the ball like this on GWB's watch?
The Brothers Tsarnaev had illegal guns.
How to keep Muslim youth from becoming murderous terrorists?
Pat Dollard on this story...
What we know and what we don't know...
TOM:  Calling BS on the "12 man sleeper cell..."
So how was this missed?
Understand here. A person somewhere in the bureaucracy, under orders from above (probably lawyer to lawyer- they are the bane of our society) redefined the official understanding of what terrorism is.
How does that affect the guy who is assigned to investigate the Tsarnaev brothers? He can be the best agent on the planet. He could make Jack Bauer look like a high school social studies teacher. He could eat hand grenades and chew nails. But once inside the system he is neutered. He could look at the Tsarnaev brother see bomber all over him and still would be thwarted BY POLICY to say so in a report. Worse, his boss will remind him he can’t do that….now. In 2005 yes, in 2011 no. It is really that simple. So all the agents, and their supervisors, will all sign off- under the new understanding and definition of terrorism (CAIR /Liberal/Obama/egghead Harvard State Department staff’s version of the new reality)- that the two brothers and now apparently the twelve man cell they operated within aren’t terrorists.
Until of course, they blow the shit out of something.
The New Feminism:  Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be converts...
Compare and Contrast...
Why did the Brothers Tsarnaev do it?  Bush made them do it!  No wonder they voted Democrat and for Obama!
Now they are blaming boxing?
Who is Misha?

I am generally not big on conspiracy theories.  Obviously take Debka with a very big grain of salt (like Dead Sea big):

In response to AG Conservative and BobB, I would say very true, but I never would have thought Fast & Furious or Benghazi were possible either.  And we had had operatives turn on us in the war on terror. And there is something very strange with the United States government getting a tip off from (presumably) the Russians and the FBI clearing Tamerlan (given his radical jihad website and trips to Chechnya).

Obviously this double agent theory involving Brothers Tsarnaev is (at this point) nothing more than a theory/rumor.

Glenn Beck wants to build free market "Bartertown"

This comment made me laugh out loud:

Adjoran  15 hours ago

While I have sometimes smiled at Glenn Beck's sudden discoveries of ideas and principles I knew forty years or more ago, much in the way a child's wonder pleases me, the idea that he could so much as bring the "Vision thing" to a project to build a "self-sustaining city and theme park hybrid" - whatever that even means - is laughable.
He talks about "freedom" and "American dreams" but no colleges or GAP stores allowed, and the "free" citizens will be funding "learning" centers for public officials from around the country.
Mr. Beck, you keep using that word "freedom." I do not think it means what you think it means.
One area not addressed in the article linked is the financing. I'm guessing he is at least $1.999 billion short of his goal so far, and doubt the pledges he does have are firm.

I would suggest Mr. Beck read Island at the Center of the World. It chronicles the rise of the New Holland colony in America and how the free market attitudes of New Amsterdam had a profound influence on the economic philosophy of the other American colonies.  The Puritans in New England had planned communities.  They failed.  While the British may have eventually taken over the Dutch colony, its culture survived (although Nanny Bloomberg is doing about all he can to drown it like a dolphin trapped in the Gowanus canal).

President Obama backs off his statement that Egypt is no longer an ally (political translation): Mr. Obama needs to determine which position helps him the most politically in the up coming election.

Maybe next time Barack Obama can check with Joe "The Intellectual" Biden first!  Sounds like President Obama was the one shooting from the hip!

As NRO's Corner reported: In an interview yesterday with Telemundo, President Obama responded to a question about whether he considers Egypt an ally. He explained, “I don’t think that we would consider them an ally, but we don’t consider them an enemy. They’re a new government that is trying to find its way.”

There has got to be a way to blame Romney or Bush for this...
Apparently today, President Obama did not like the way that statement was playing out so the White House offered this clarification: President Barack Obama didn't intend to signal any change in the U.S.-Egypt relationship last night when he said Egypt is not an "ally," the White House told The Cable today.

Barack Obama is the guy who is such an expert on foreign policy?  There was an attack on the U.S. Benghazi consulate in June and no security upgrades were implemented.    Obama does not seem that popular with the mobs that attacked Americans. The buck stops with President Obama:  President Obama has grossly underestimated the danger of this and as a result four Americans were brutally murdered.  Nancy Pelosi confirmed that she will support sending $1.5 billion in foreign aid to Egypt.  So exactly what did we gain with the Arab Spring? And the media is going after Mitt Romney? Why?

Update:
John Podhoretz on the Media and Mitt Romney...
What the White House said also makes no sense since Egypt is in fact a Non-NATO ally:

SEPTEMBER 13, 2012

GAFFE: Obama Shoots First, Aims Later: White House clarifies Obama’s statement that Egypt is not an ‘ally.’“President Barack Obama didn’t intend to signal any change in the U.S.-Egypt relationship last night when he said Egypt is not an ‘ally,’ the White House told The Cable today. . . . That comment had Egypt watchers scratching their heads, especially since technically, Egypt was designated as a Major Non-NATO Ally in 1989 when Congress first passed the law creating that status, which gives them special privileges in cooperating with the United States, especially in the security and technology areas.”
They’re scratching their heads, Obama’s in over his head. This must be more of that “smart diplomacy” we were promised.

Driscoll and Levin:  Are all media all MSNBC all the time now?  Are all the media outlets in the bag for Obama?

Making the bus monitor cry: a sad statement of societal breakdown

The Blaze.  Allahpundit has more on this story.  This is incredibly sad.  On the bright side, people have raised over $30,000 for Karen the Bus Monitor (she makes $15,000 a year).  Update:  Fund up to $290,000!  And here is video of Karen getting the good news!

That school districts allow this sort of behavior (and this is hardly an isolated circumstance, such bullying among kids happens all the time) is deplorable and unacceptable.

Update:  And we wonder why people are losing faith in public schools?

Glenn Beck and Rick Santorum discuss libertarians and Ron Paul

Glenn Beck is trying to help Rick Santorum here...
I am not a fan of Ron Paul's foreign policy either.  I also lean more George Washington than Thomas Paine.  This is an interesting exchange.  Rick is much better in this setting than in debates

But it goes back to the advice of Jim DeMint and Sarah Palin.  We want to keep Ron Paul from running third party.  We want his supporters to support the GOP nominee.  There are also Ron Paul positions on fiscal matters that the GOP absolutely should adopt.  And while Ron Paul is a libertarian, not all libertarians are Ron Paul supporters.  So when Rick Santorum criticizes Ron Paul by using the term libertarian, he is alienating himself from those other libertarians.
I am not the only one who has noticed this.

Meanwhile are Ron Paul and Mitt Romney working some sort of deal out?  Or is this the explanation for Ron Paul's assistance to Mitt Romney in the debate the other day?  Hint:  If you are trying to debunk a conspiracy theory involving Mitt Romney, it might be a good idea not to have Hugh Hewitt or Jennifer Rubin make the pitch.

Update:  Mark Levin has a "no gotcha" interview with Rick Santorum.
