Is Saudi Arabia the most "doomed country"?

Saudi Arabia's influence is not going away in the short term (and the demise of oil and petroleum as a fuel source is probably not happening for a long time). Interesting how the Saudis and Israel are still working on a peace deal (which was pushed by the Trump Administration).

There is some interesting stuff here.

Wait, Why No Impeachment For Biden For Election Interference? 🤔😬

AoSHQ: Biden pleads for delay on oil cuts (just for a month)

What Trump was alleged to have done was not wrong, yet that did not stop the Democrats trying to impeach him over it.  There was Biden malfeasance in Ukraine and Trump was 100% right to look into it.

Yet Biden goes and does something far worse, trying to temporarily hold off oil price spikes just before the midterms for his own party's benefit. It is flat out political corruption. Joe's handlers brazenly knowing the media and Dems will not call Biden out over it. Because the fix is in. The hypocrisy is beyond outrageous.

Weird, Biden could solve the energy crisis for the US (and greatly ease conditions in Europe) by just reversing course on US energy development.

Where's Fat Vindman now? He got a Dem payout gig to joint Lawfare.

Note, he did not go to Ukraine. Coward.

Biden of Arabia

Why bother developing and using North American oil (and creating great North American jobs) when we can go to Saudi Arabia and buy their oil and drive up inflation even more!

Anthony Joshua vs Andy Ruiz Jr. 🥊🥊🐪🇬🇧🇲🇽 Clash On The Dunes

Andy Ruiz shocked the boxing world when he defeated World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua in August 2019. Their rematch was on pay-for-view yesterday in Saudi Arabia (which is a weird location for a major fight and lacked ring girls and drinks). Joshua won back the championship unanimously on points and Ruiz admits he did not train hard enough, but I suspect we will be seeing these fighters together again.

Sly Stalone produced the documentary on the first fight.

So are the Iranians setting a Saudi Arabian oil facility on fire via drones a big deal? 🛢️🔥 🤔

Maybe. Yeah that might be a big deal😟

President TrumpI have a high degree of skepticismbut you might consider not trusting the Iranians.
I am surprised the Saudi's have not launched a counter attack yet. Half of Saudi production was shut down. This was well planned.

The Battle of Aqaba: July 6, 1917

And That's The Way It Was: Today in Middle East History
And really, there’s a very strong case to be made that British archeologist-turned-spy Gertrude Bell was more important to the success of the Arab Revolt than any of the British army officers who participated, including Lawrence. Bell eventually did get a major Hollywood film made about her, but unlike Lawrence’s movie, hers wasn’t any good. So Lawrence’s legacy as the man behind the Arab Revolt is part fair interpretation of history, but also part showbiz hype.

Breaking: Tanker attack near the Straight of Hormuz

It is unclear who is responsible for this. The tankers (two were attacked) may have been under Japanese flag (or had Japanese cargo). While it happened in the Straight of Hormuz/Gulf of Oman area, Iran may not be behind it (or it may be). It is breaking news and still unclear what happened.

Gasoline prices were expected to go down this summer. That is off for the time being.

Update: Washington Examiner says evidence points to Iranians. The Japanese owners claim flying objects caused the damage (suggesting missiles as opposed to torpedos). The other cause could be "limpet" magnetic mines (which may explain damage above the water line).

Katie Steinle Wants To Know: Why Does The Media Care So Much About Jamal Khashoggi?

Do you remember Katie Steinle?  So why is the media so concerned with Khashoggi?

The media routinely ignores stories (or downplays them) like Katie Steinle and Benghazi because it does not fit a narrative the media supports. It is bias and sometimes just outright lying.

I am not a fan of Saudis killing other Saudis, but this Khashoggi matter allegedly happened in Turkey. The United States was not involved. The Saudis situation is complicated (remember 9/11) but the current government is hostile to those internal terrorist Wahhabi forces. Jamal Khashoggi was friends with Osama bin Laden and aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Seriously, we are going to break diplomatic ties with the Saudis (who are our allies in containing Iran) over this? And we are supposed to trust the Erdogan's Turkish government is telling us the truth (you'd think the media would be concerned with Erdogan's human rights abuses). Everyone in the middle east is using everyone else. I hate to be realpolitik over this, but seriously can anyone see through this hypocrisy?
