Harris and Walz made a big deal about the Nazis having a rally at Madison Square Garden prior to WWII (even though where the Nazis had their rally was a different Madison Square Garden and location) prior to Trump's rally. So fair is fair. The Democrat Party and the KKK had a very close relationship, going back to the founding of the KKK. It continued through Senator Robert Byrd (not that long ago) who was a Wizard or Cyclops or some other officer in the KKK and a mentor and friend of Hillary Clinton.

As Robert Byrd stated:

"I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side ... Rather I should die a thousand times and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds."

Byrd also filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Act for 14 hours.

Hillary and Robert Byrd, her friend and mentor. Trump was never a KKK member...

It was not that long ago that Democrats pandered on Confederate imagery.
