And because Democrat controlled Massachusetts is a sanctuary state, he was let go without bail. It was only because ICE nabbed him that he was arrested and detained at all. Apparently the Democrat Party's goal of giving illegals sanctuary takes precedence over the safety of children.

Oh btw, another illegal was arrested for rape in Nantucket.  Again, he is in custody only because ICE arrested him (Massachusetts officials let him go).
