China Collapse and the Housing Market

I like Peter Zeihan videos, but take them with a grain of salt. The China demographic collapse is very real and combined with their massive housing over built, this is going to turn out badly. Communist regimes are not immune from economic reality--which is why they ultimately fail.

The problem is if or rather when China goes down, there will be massive economic disruption in the rest of Asia, North America, and the EU. China may also try to distract with a Taiwan incident.

2. Trump bears some blame but too many people act like he’s totally responsible. Dumping him is not a 100% fix
