"He asked if I was Arlene Holmes and if my son was James Holmes who lives in Aurora, Colorado. I answered yes, you have the right person. I was referring to myself."
I do not have any sympathy for the accused, but misquoting his mother is wrong and represents shoddy reporting. Obviously just another hack ABC reporter following the low standard set by Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos.
Update: An observation. To some of the left who wish they could spark some gun control out of this, Behring Breivik lived in a country (Norway) with strict gun control. That did not seem to stop him from pulling off his attack. Even Jon Stewart is mocking you Brian Ross...
