I am not defending the cops in the George Floyd death, they were wrong and criminal charges (especially for Derek Chauvin) are warranted. They (like any other criminal suspect) still are entitled to a fair trial. There is still rule of law (at least there should be) and prosecutions need to be done fairly and with due process.

Keith Ellison is so over the top and biased, I could see him screwing up the prosecution so badly it results in aquittal. Over charging and politiziting a prosecution is almost always a bad idea. Ellison should assign this prosecution to an unbiased professional in his office and stand back.
