There is a whole genre of Neanderthal cave man erotic romance already...

 



Given that most people (outside of sub-sahara Africa) have Neanderthal genes, this is sort of expected. They were close enough genetically to Homo sapiens to breed successfuly (with fertile offspring), which means they were essentially the same species (albeit a subspecies). 

Still, I am guessing those Neanderthal men had healthy T levels! Lots of outdoor activity and a paleo diet
