Minnesota Police Shooting of Daunte Wright: Brooklyn Center 😬

"Holy S**t, I Just Shot Him"

Right in the middle of the Chauvin trial, this happens. The jury is not sequestered. The judge refused to do so saying it is a completely different event. Really: A fatal shooting by a police officer is so different than the Chauvin incident?

Duante Wright should not have tried to flee (and let's remember he was pulled over over a potential weapons charge). The officer should have gotten those cuffs on a bit faster. In the panic of the moment, the female officer shoots him dead instead of tasering him. Minnesota's Governor goes and makes things worse. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

Justine Damond is not available for comment. Neither is Ashli Babbit.

I guess we know why Daunte Wright ran from the cops... He choked a woman during an armed robbery against her, threatening to shoot her when she screamed. Then he violated bail by possessing a firearm. Hence the warrant.

If Wright hadn't resisted arrest, he'd be alive today.
