Elijah Cummings calls his own congressional district "drug infested" 🤔🤯

So President Trump says Democrat Elijah Cummings should spend more time fixing Baltimore because it is rat and drug infested (rather than complaining about conditions at the border).  That was immediately deemed racist by the Democrats. But it turns out Elijah Cummings himself admitted that his district is drug infested and everyone has complained about the rats in Baltimore.
