While I did not care for Moonlight over all, Janelle Monáe's portrayal of Teresa (along with Mahershala Ali's portrayal of the drug dealer Juan) were some of the performances I really enjoyed in that film. Janelle is just excellent.
I have not seen Hidden Figures yet, but I want to. Janelle is in that movie too.
