This is one big depressing time to be alive. Yes, we have probably never been safer, richer or the world at peace more (at least to objective statistics, when you consider America and the world as a whole). Yet we all know that is misleading. While we don't agree what it is, you can tell something bad is coming.

But what is worse (in a way), is how many young people are being taught to be miserable.  If anything is an argument for homeschooling, this Ben Stein piece is it.
