While I laud your sentiment, let's not forget all the small actions that led to the big victory. It's easy to remember Bastogne and Omaha Beach, but men died at Livergnano, Colmar, Biak, Shaduzup, and Sened Pass, and only their families and their units remember.
ReplyDeleteEd, agreed, but you are missing the point. Pearl Harbor is referenced to remind everyone who started it: The Japanese Empire brought Hiroshima and Nagasaki on themselves.
