George Zimmerman Acquitted! Not Guilty on all charges!

Great News!  Not Guilty

The coverage by Andrew Branca at Legal Insurrection was wonderful.  Thank you so much Andrew for just spot on reporting.  I am glad the jury saw this correctly.  

I understand that many will disagree with this. Trayvon Martin is dead and they want someone to blame.  But 17 year olds do things they shouldn't and unfortunately this series of events led to his death.  I am sure if George Zimmerman could do it again, he would have walked the other way.  Probably Trayvon Martin if given a second chance would not have done what he did.  

But as far as the criminal proceeding goes, this was the correct result.

Democrats intend to stir the pot and use this to fire up their base.  It is not over for George Zimmerman...
Crump fired up this case and has already gotten a big settlement out of Zimmerman's HOA. For him it is about money.

Legal Insurrection: 5 of the 6 jurors thought Zimmerman was screaming for help on the 911 call.  The 6th was not sure.
