Elon Musk next?
Apparently because Telegram is an encrypted platform and will not cooperate with government authorities, it is being blamed because you can find pretty horrible stuff on Telegram. That is a small percentage of what happens on Telegram, but it is disturbing. I still do not see the basis to arrest the CEO of Telegram.
