This is of course not a secret. Anyone who paid attention knew. Biden was an asshole before his dementia, the dementia has just allowed what filters he had to go away. It has been reported before, but the general media just ignore stories like that or did not give them much exposure. So, suprise, surprise, now people are noting Biden is subject to dementia rages.

Obama and leading Democrats knew Biden was cognitively impaired back before 2016 (why do you think he backed Hillary over his Veep). The decline in the past year is just so accelerated it cannot be covered up anymore.
