Exodus: Gods And Kings



I never watched this movie before. It is not as good as The Ten Commandments, but it was better than I thought it would be. Some technical quibbles. The great pyramids were built long before the time of Moses (and long before Joseph and the Jews went to Egypt in the first place).

I liked the Tirian Straits bit--where it is in fact possible to cross the Red Sea. It is possible "Sinai" was in fact in Saudi Arabia, not the Egyptian Sinai peninsula.
