This is a very good show on Acorn TV. Nisha Katona, while British and of Indian background, is super enthusiastic about Italian food (which is ultimately what matters). She is also has great instincts as a chef.  She visits an Italian or Sicilian city, samples its gastroinlogical delights, and then cooks a dish inspired by what she encountered. Which is cultural appropriation I fully support!
