Tahdig Crispy Persian Rice by Vijaya Selvaraju






Of course, I am probably setting relations with Iran back considerably by posting a recipe for crispy Persian rice or tahdig (pronounced tah-DEEG) by a Canadian of East Indian origins. Cultural appropriation! Still, Ms. Selvaraju looks like she is presenting a good recipe (and I love crispy Persian rice when it is done right). I have not tried it yet, but I will.
