Iranians are accused of shooting down that Ukrainian aircraft in Tehran 🚀🛫🔥🤯😬🇮🇷🇺🇦 Update: Iran admits it did it--blames human error

Why?  I would assume a mistaken missile operator, but I don't know.  

I am sorry for everyone on board and their families.

This is just based on a report, but it seems the most likely explanation. The Iranians are not explaining what happened and are not releasing black box data.
