How to make crystal clear ice cubes

This is a very easy way to make clear ice. 

I always add a little bit of water to whisky or scotch (I think it improves the taste and opens it up). For really good stuff, I add very little water and no ice.  For stuff like Wild Turkey 101, it is inexpensive enough and also high enough proof to benefit from some ice. There is no right answer for this. What ever you are into and taste good to you is what matters.  

This clear ice will work great with gin and vodka drinks too. Also tequila and rum. Your guests will appreciate your super clear ice.
