Schrödinger's Kavanaugh UPDATE: COLLINS SUPPORTS KAVANAUGH

Cloture passes 51-49, with Murkowski voting NO.  What will happen on the final vote?  

Flake yes. Collins will announce her confirmation vote at 3:00 ET (gulp)

Will Manchin still vote yes if Collins votes no?
