Mattis and Kelly respond to Bob Woodward

Bob Woodward wants to sell books. He does not care if quotes are real or not, he just has to show he has a "source" (without revealing who it is). So what if the source is lying or twisting the truth, or if the actual persons say it is not true and it never happened.

When Jim Mattis denies on Woodward's "quotes" of him (especially with "unnamed sources") I am going with Mattis. Mattis calls Woodward's book "fiction." Mattis makes it clear he would not disrespect the President or tollerate others to do so in front of him.

Chief of Staff Jim Kelly also denounces Woodward's book:
“The idea I ever called the president an idiot is not true,” Kelly said in a statement distributed by the White House. “He always knows where I stand, and he and I both know this story is total B.S.”
