Why Judges Matter: Trump wins over Obama Holdovers over control of CFPB

Zero Hedge: Trump won!

Trump won a battle, not the war (but it is an important battle).  I do not think the judge who decided this did so because he was appointed by Trump. It was not a slam dunk for the other side, thus a Temporary Restraining Order was not justified. So it was the correct decision.

Sadly, an Obama judicial appointee is never bound by the law. They tend do what they deem to be right from a partisan perspective.

The CFPB is a partisan agency dreamed up by Obama and Elizabeth Warren. It should be abolished.
