This is actually more interesting (and potentially more dangerous) that Manafort. While a low level flunky in the Trump Campaign, Papadopoulos was arrested back in July is cooperating with Robert "Torque-your-mother" Mueller. Papadopoulos had communications with Russians about dirty on Hillary and did try to set up meetings between the Trump Campaign and Russia (although it does not sound like much came of it).

From what I gather about Mr. P (not the rapper, but the guy with the long greek name); he seems like a guy, who offered to help the campaign for a quid-pro-quo, and the campaign deftly took his help and ignored any obligation to do anything for him.
