Instapundit: Judge refuses to dismiss corruption trial charges against Senator Bob Mendendez

The Judge stated: "court concludes that a rational jury could determine that [Democrat Senator Bob Mendendez and Salomon Melgen] entered into a quid pro quo agreement." I think the Court could take notice that a guy like Bob Mendendez was not landing babes like he was without some sort of quid pro quo going on.

The Judge could still dismiss the case, after Menendez puts on his case. Or he could let it go to the jury.  Of course, the whole blow up over fellow Democrat Harvey Weinstein is not good for Bobbie M.
