Paul Manafort lives in Trump Tower. So when Trump said Obama wiretapped him at Trump Tower, Obama and his FBI really may have wiretapped Trump Tower and communications with Trump. And Comey flat out lied about it (or rather weaselly said no wiretap was done of Trump offices). At least if you believe what CNN is claiming.
