Why did Crooked Comey not call out Attorney General Loretta Lynch when he got information she was running interference in the Clinton Investigation?

Circa: Comey got 'steely silence' followed by being asked to leave her office when he showed Loretta Lynch a documents showing collusion between her over the Clinton investigation.

So why didn't that paragon of integrity James Comey call this out at the time? Loretta Lynch and the Obama White House were colluding to protect Hillary Clinton.  This is way worse corruption than what Trump is being accused of.

Why did Comey sit on this information until now?
