Who Sabotaged Hillary Clinton?

We all know Hillary Clinton was a fundamentally flawed candidate, but maybe those closest to her really wanted her to lose...

There are a lot of "what ifs." Here's one, what if Bill Clinton decided not to meet Loretta Lynch on that plane (or did not get caught doing so), would Comey had made the public statements he made about the investigation?  Or did Obama cost her the election due to his un-favorability (actually that was a huge factor). 

I am just getting a kick out the media starting to blame Hillary for the fate of the Democrats. She of course has a lot of the responsibility, but certainly not all of it. There are a lot of things that played into this. But I am pretty sure Mrs. Clinton is the type who if sinking will drag down anyone close.
