I do not understand the Democrat end game on this, other than it appears not well thought out. It looks like they are just responding to their far left base that wants to fight.  I am for accommodating them on that. Let's just get Neil Gorsuch confirmed to SCOTUS. 

And memo to our GOP elites, failure is NOT an option: Do not screw this up! Confirm Gorsuch.
