Winter Solstice 2014 Rule 5

The solstice is not just for smurfish freaks!

The winter solstice hits at 5:03 p.m. (Madison) the days start getting longer from here on out till June 21
(unless of course you are in the southern hemisphere where it is start of summer today)!

Given the season a bonfire is a good way to celebrate.

Am I stocked up on enough new age supplies for the holiday?

Rule 5 and FMJRA

  1. The top 2 look like something out of Avatar.

PS Ya wanna drive people nuts? Wait till April 17 and wish them Merry Christmas.

According to one astronomer, that's the date in 6 BC when Christ was really born. He checked the movements of the planets against the most propitious astrological conditions in the general period and came up with that date.

And those Three Kings of Orient Are?

Persian astrologers who read the signs.

    1. Can they still read the signs to tell when the Saudis are going to shaft Persians over oil prices?
