The following press release is on The Other McCain:
Convicted felon Brett Kimberlin has filed a Maryland lawsuit naming bloggers Aaron Walker, W. J. J. Hoge, Robert Stacy McCain, National Bloggers Club President Ali A. Akbar and the anonymous blogger “Kimberlin Unmasked” as defendants. The defendants believe that the suit is without merit and is part of Kimberlin’s continued effort to use lawfare to silence journalists and bloggers who have written about Kimberlin’s criminal past. The defendants will not be made available for comment until they have finished initial consultations their respective legal counsel.

So why didn't Brett Kimberlin get Bill Schmalfeldt and Kaitlyn Hunt to join in with him?  Sort of like casting for It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World?

  1. God this guy's a piece of trash. While I firmly believe Kimberlin to be a pathetic little man (gonna sue me now, scooter?)--I have to wonder why and how he's able to continue doing this sort of thing, draining time and resources.

Then I wonder--why aren't any conservatives doing this to liberals? Yes it's pathetic and unseemly, but they continue to use tactics like this because it never happens to them and they continue to profit from it.

    1. From your keyboard to the judge's ears...

    2. Hey, if the world did what I told it to we'd be a hell of a lot better off!

Too bad, I haven't (like poor Brain and his trusty sidekick Pinky) perfected the ability to take over the world. Yet.

(sorry for not making it clickable. I suck at that)

  2. Cody's Link

Cody, did you ever read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance? There is an exchange about not being good with engines that is spot on about sucking at making it clickable...
