National Lasagna Day

As you might guess, I do not do ground beef.  I have not tried this particular recipe, but I am sure you can substitute ground pork instead of beef.  Pork is delicious.

  1. Pork braised and then cooked in the sauce is how I make my standard batch. It sweetens the sauce. I'll use a cheap cut of pork and eat it all by myself as a side.
