Mangione Pleads Guilty to Federal Charges



Mangione is hoping this will cut off state court charges. Maybe, but the remaining federal charges and state charges are not the same so I am not sure it would. I guess we will see. 

There is very limited parole under federal criminal charges.  I also do not see why the guilty plea would cut off the prosecutors appealing the charges that the federal court previously dropped.
