NY Post: DeSantis passes bill undermining the Squatter Scam

This is a growing trend in Democrat controlled states. Squatters move into to empty and not so empty apartments and properties and take them over. Getting them out is a nightmare. Florida, given the number of vacation homes, is especially ripe for this sort of scam. Gov. DeSantis is smart to get in front of it and take steps to end it.
