This is beyond depraved.
In a detention order, the judge wrote, “The evidence in this case is overwhelming and revolting.” The defendant “was actively involved in participating in videos of a sexual nature with minors,” the note says.
Continued the judge, “I cannot allow (defendant) to abuse any other minors and there are no conditions or combination of conditions that can alleviate a danger to the community.”
"This is not a close call."
As noted by Redstate:
As a side note, in May, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law a bill extending the death penalty to child rapists. This is a direct test of the 2008 Supreme Court decision in Kennedy vs. Louisiana that barred the death penalty for child rape. That court majority (Kennedy, joined by Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, and Breyer) is gone, and the dissenters remain (Alito, joined by Roberts, Scalia, and Thomas) and have allies.
It is too bad Texas did not do so also. The Jason Jones treatment is not enough. Also never trust a single male (or for that matter a woman) with your kids unless you are absolutely sure they are safe. And the rainbow flags are not a good sign (sorry gheys).
The arrested accused pedophile rapist Arthur Hector Fernandez III likes rainbows.
SCOTUS has no place interfering with State laws. Besides it found abortion to be legal, citing it as legal based on the statements in the constitution citing homosexuality as legal and that people couldn't be exceuted if their IQ was a certain level as written by Jefferson and Franklin.
ReplyDeleteAs satisfying as it may sound, if the freaks thought that they were facing death anyway, it would then encourage them to then kill their victims.
ReplyDeleteI have heard that, but I disagree. I am also not sure it holds up in data.
