I liked it a lot. Good information. While genetics matter, they are not the be all end all. Lifestyle matters too and the good news--it is generally following the middle path. Eat a lot of variety of vegetables and fruits (one of the points made is you don't have to be vegetarian--veggies just fill you up more with high nutrients), moderate activity all the time (walking, dancing, being active), social interaction. Avoid processed foods.
I loved the story of the Greek American retiree who returned to his island to die after developing heart diseaese. He planted some grapes so his wife could drink his wine after he died. He is still caring for the grapes (and drinking the wine) 30+ years later.
Then again, I think Burgess Meridith lived to be 89...
