No wonder Joe Biden's dogs bite other people. I assumed he was a terrible owner and negligected his dogs. It is worse than that, apparently, he abuses them too. What a bastard Biden is.   

Apparently I need to work on my descriptions of Biden (fair criticism):

They are wonderful dogs, but absolutely need proper training , attention, and exercise (vigorous) every day. They do have a tendency to bite (it is common in working dogs and especially that breed). These dogs are props and being neglected by the Bidens. He can afford a trainer.
