Hit the root end of the head of cabbage on a counter corner, and remove the core. Fancy Nipponese Goblonki with tzatziki. Cheese does not work with cabbage. OTOH, bacon works with everything.
Spot on about the core. I like cheese, but YMMV. Agree bacon works with everything.
That’s a lot of dill! I would have added oregano and some cumin to the meat.Or else I’d substitute the entire meat mixture with a recipe along the lines of stuffed grape or cabbage leaves, just made as a loaf.
