Who's Side is Belarus' President Lukashenko on? Update: What if it is all a ruse?

 

Belarus (at least its government) has been the most Soviet of former Soviet states and the most pro Russia. But this whole weekend "coup" still seems odd as heck. Prigozhin says it was not about Putin. Putin speaks, but does not mention Prigozhin by name. What really hapened?

Update: The more I think about this the more it makes sense that what Lukashenko, Prigozhin, and Putin hate more than each other...is Ukraine.  How conveinent it would be for Prigozhin to regroup Wagner in Belarus and then make a run at Kyiv (Kiev). 

Then again, maybe payback is coming?  Maybe this shows that Prigozhin acted up and Putin and Russia dealt with it about the best they could given the circumstances.  

Maybe Zelensky should hold off on selfies (for now)
