Russia sending its drug addicts and prisioners off to war? 

If Russia can send its drug addicts and prisioners off to war in Ukraine, can we do so too? Win Win? 

Of course, I suspect the Ukrainians perfer the US only sending lots of money and military supplies to them, but we can throw in the drug addicts and prisoners as a bonus. Maybe Hunter Biden can lead them. Sort of like The Dirty Dozen, just on a way bigger scale.
