Joe Biden Engages In A Completely Meaningless Weed Pardon

Sounds ok, until you realize that there are probably ZERO people in federal custody right now over simple marijuana cannibus possession. Even back in the day, people were not convicted for having personal amounts of weed (at least not by the federal courts), they were convicted for importing, growing, and selling marijuana (usually in big quantities). This is more posturing and posing than anything else.

Now Vice President Kamala Harris used to convict people for weed in California state courts. Kamala laughed about smoking weed herself, despite putting 1560 people away for marijuana related offenses. And the Biden Administration also fired low level staffers for testing positive for weed.

PandaBiden has to pander.  Kamala has to kackle.

  1. And... IF there are inmates in prison for Federal charges related solely to 'possession', in all likelihood that was a plea deal, with more serious charges disregarded... the gun possession by convicted felon in commission of crime, assault, etc. charges vaporized. These aren't likely 'innocent' citizens who got caught with a joint.
