Working class people in Canada certainly paid attention when Trudeau started freezing bank accounts as political payback. You know who else paid attention, those wealthy Hong Kong, Indian and other immigrants. They came from places (or were close enough in the case of Hong Kong) to remember states grabbing assets. How hard is it to transfer money to the Caymans?
