I am not surprised by this ruling. The Biden Administration over reached on private businesses. Health care facilities are federally funded (mostly) so it "arguably"* has authority to impose restrictions on it. I hate all mandates and think they are counter productive and draconian, but at least SCOTUS refused to enforce (at least for now) the more draconian position.
* Don't take this as me endorsing this. SCOTUS majority is flat wrong. Kavanaugh and Roberts went squish.
