Showtime's This American Life

Ira Glass is a great story teller editor.  I prefer the radio show, in the way you develop your own vision of what is being discussed in that medium, but the TV show is very good in its own way.  For the most part, this show is not too politically charged. It focuses on interesting human interest stories. That is what I liked about it.

I am sure that has been ruined by the era of Trump Derangement Syndrome (I can't even bother to listen to All Things Considered or Wait, Wait Don't Tell).

I liked the story about Chance. It reminded me of Thomas Wolfe and You Can't Go Home Again
