Supreme Court Refuses To Ban Texas Heartbeat Abortion Ban

This is far from over and we can see the divisions in the Supreme Court already.  Will five justices ultimately support a Texas ban on abortion after week six?  I hope they do, Roe is a terrible decision for a host of reasons, but we will see.  

Meanwhile, a few babies that would have died might now live. Reason to celebrate.
