In The Heights: A Review



I liked it. Yeah, I know Lin-Manuel Miranda is uber woke, but he is definitely a talent. I liked In The Heights (which he wrote his sophomore year of college) and Hamilton as plays.  This movie as a traditional Hollywood musical works better than the Hamilton film (which was just a filming of the play). The acting and direction is well done. The direction is by Jon Chu, who did Crazy Rich Asians.
