Eric Swalwell Made Some More Noise 💩🌬️

Democrat Eric Swalwell is making noise again. I can't believe someone on Swalwell's staff did not explain to him that a lawsuit against Trump for "emotional distress" is a non-starter.  Does he also know when you allege personal injury, you open up your medical records for discovery?  God knows what lurks there.  What does he gain by this, other than looking like a dumb ass?
