Larry King, RIP

 

Deadline: Larry King Dead at 87

It is amazing how different CNN was back in the day compared to now. Larry King was a good interviewer.  He understood that his role was to get the subject of his interview to speak and facilitate that discussion, not to pontificate or play "gotcha." I do not consider his interviews fluff, a lot of time Larry got more out of just letting his guests talk. Rest in Peace, Larry.
