It looks like the Democrats' plan to try to impeach Donald Trump after he is out of office is doomed to fail. Doctors take an oath saying, "First, do no harm." Democrats are essentially harming themselves with their sham impeachment. If they want an impeachment, drag that out and let them play with that for the next few months--it keeps them from causing real damage.  In a sense (while certainly unintended by the Democrats), this sham impeachment is a form of "do no harm" to the country as a whole.

They probably don't have the votes to get rid of the legislative filibuster. Let the Democrats flail around over that too.
